BRD’s advanced company classes are open to community dancers. A structured warm up will be followed by skill building and phrase work. Classes are taught by current Bellingham Repertory Dance members and occasional guest teachers.

Marísa Fernandez (she/her) has been living, learning, working, and dancing in Bellingham for the past 13 years. Marísa received a minor in dance from WWU in 2017, and was a member of BRD from 2018-2026 (Seasons 13-20), whilst working towards and beginning her career as a mental health counselor. Marísa also dabbles in aerial and other movement forms, is passionate about community building, and enjoys finding ways to merge science, athleticism, artistry, and expression. BRD has played an integral role in Marísa's movement journey over the past decade.
