In this class, we will focus on joint mobility and awakening drills, specific core conditioning exercises and yoga flow, ending in some deep stretching. Personal mat required.

Kate Stevenson received her BS in Exercise Science from Western in 2000 and has been a movement instructor ever since. With a rich background in dance, Kate emphasizes movement technique, rhythm, and joy in her classes. Kate holds the following certifications: NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), ACSM Heath/Fitness Instructor, Aerobics and Fitness Association Certified (AFAA), Polestar Pilates Instructor, and Clubbell Yoga.
